Jesus: I Speak to You Again

Chapter 148

The Vibrations of Man’s Thinking

My life in the human flesh was meant to demonstrate that even in the material body, a son of the Father can achieve victory over his egoistic and lower self when a spiritual relationship with the Father is established. The Father’s spirit, which indwells me as it does you, guided me through all difficulties, so I did not experience the fear I would have if I had not been in this living communion with the Father. You must understand and eventually experience for yourself that this relationship with the Father changes your concept of your physical body as merely a temporary vehicle for your inner self.

When this understanding fully permeates your mind, when it becomes a firm and undeniable truth within you, you will realize that losing the physical body means nothing to your true self. You will know, with certainty, that after the death of your material body, resurrection will follow. Even though you have not yet experienced it, your knowledge of this truth will be so strong that it will feel almost like an experience you have already had.

When I speak of a person’s thinking taking on a cumulus and solid appearance, I mean that the brain’s activity—its energy—is not just a continuous line, but rather a cloud-like structure. This thinking cloud consists of wave phenomena, produced by brain activity, that look like a pulsating, solid mass. The brain’s energy vibrations change in frequency and density based on the activity, with each frequency having its own unique shade. If you could see these vibrations, you would notice that they form a multicolored cloud that reflects a person’s thoughts and spiritual level.

Lies, for instance, disrupt the harmony of this energy cloud. When you lie, you distort your brain’s energy, cutting through the solid structure of your thinking and sending chaotic, harmful signals through your nervous system. Each cell in your body reacts defensively to these distorted signals because it was not designed to function under stress. Over time, this disharmony wears down the cells, causing physical and mental stress, and eventually, illness.

The physical pain you experience during illness is the result of long-term disruptions in your brain’s energy cloud. Your body’s cells, over time, are strained to the point where they can no longer perform their functions properly. The illness you feel is the body’s way of signaling that your thinking has been disrupted and needs to be restored to its natural harmony.

To heal from illness and restore balance, you must align your thinking with the divine program—the way of life intended by the Creator. This means reestablishing your relationship with the Source of Life, the Father, who designed your mind and body to function harmoniously. By staying connected to Him, your brain and body will operate in the way they were meant to.

When you consciously make choices that go against the Father’s will—whether it’s lying, anger, or the consumption of harmful substances like alcohol or drugs—your body will begin to suffer the consequences, even if you don’t feel them immediately. The stress of negative thoughts and harmful actions disrupts the brain’s energy balance, and over time, this disruption spreads throughout your body, manifesting as illness.

Harmful habits, like smoking, drinking, or taking drugs, are attempts to soothe a mind that is already out of balance. People use these substances to temporarily calm their discomfort, but this only causes further harm, as the brain’s distorted thinking continues to send negative impulses throughout the body. These substances may dull the senses for a time, but they deplete the body’s energy and can lead to physical breakdowns or even death from overdose or prolonged abuse.

Even if these harmful effects don’t show up immediately, they accumulate over time. The brain becomes consumed with activities it wasn’t designed for, leaving the body in a constant state of strain.

Understanding this process can help you realize that every negative action—whether physical or mental—affects your body. The key to restoring balance and health lies in aligning your thinking with the Father’s will and living in harmony with His guidance.
