Jesus: I Speak to You Again
Chapter 97
The Impact of Bribery
When a doctor or state official takes a bribe, they may think they haven’t done anything wrong since no one has noticed. They continue to wear a clean mask in front of colleagues, family, and others, even speaking out against corruption. However, the reality is different.
From the moment someone considers accepting a bribe, their inner state begins to change. Any peace they may have had is replaced by low-frequency vibrations. These vibrations spread through their entire being and extend outward, influencing the environment and everyone around them. The process continues as they plan and strategize, worrying about how to take the bribe without being caught, how to get the most money while minimizing risk. Each thought lowers their inner vibrations further, creating anxiety and tension.
When the bribe finally occurs, the low vibrations reach their peak, affecting both the giver and the receiver. Even after the transaction is over, these vibrations do not simply vanish. They continue to radiate from both parties, affecting their interactions and even their sleep. This tension can seep into dreams, reflecting the stress and internal conflict that lingers in their subconscious minds.
These low vibrations remain until a person chooses actions aligned with higher and purer values. If someone continues on the path of bribery, the vibrations grow even lower, though the person becomes desensitized, no longer feeling the initial anxiety or guilt. Like an addict, they adapt to the negative influence, requiring larger risks to feel the same excitement or concern they once did.
Bribery is a form of addiction for the mind’s false self. The mind only calms down after receiving its “dose” of corruption, and it becomes restless when the bribes are not forthcoming. This creates constant worry about maintaining material wealth and status, dictated by their own desires and those of like-minded peers.
These low vibrations create an environment of stress, which directly impacts the body. Over time, the constant anxiety disrupts the function of cells and weakens the immune system, making the body more susceptible to illness. The stress influences the ability to properly digest food and absorb nutrients, leading to physical deterioration.
The negative effects of bribery extend beyond the individual. Their low-frequency vibrations impact those around them, especially those who spend significant time with them, like family members and children. Children, being more open to influences, are particularly vulnerable to these negative energies.
A person who takes or gives bribes may believe they have solved a problem or gained an advantage, but in reality, they have only begun a cycle of harm. Their actions carry consequences that ripple out to those closest to them and, ultimately, to society as a whole.
As a part of the interconnected creation, any selfish act, like bribery, disrupts the natural balance of higher, loving vibrations that the Father intended for us. The negative energy ripples outward, affecting others, even those not directly involved. This is similar to a pebble causing ripples throughout a lake. Even though the entire lake is not visibly disturbed, the vibrations reach every molecule of water, just as low vibrations affect the entire environment.
The time has come to recognize the deep connections that bind all of creation and to understand how our decisions impact ourselves, others, and the world around us. Reflect on the energy you emit and the effects of your actions, especially when sickness or hardship arises within you or your family. Consider how the decisions you make might be contributing to the energy you carry and spread.
Bribery, like other vices, affects not only the spiritual well-being of individuals but also the physical health of society. Imagine being in an environment where anger, conflict, and shouting are constant—you would soon feel drained and eager to escape. The subtle low vibrations emitted by acts like bribery are even more damaging, affecting both the body’s physical health and the soul’s ability to connect with higher truths. They make it harder for the soul to reach for the Father’s love because the mind, influenced by low vibrations, suppresses the soul’s yearning for light and love.
This inner conflict often drives people to seek escape through alcohol, drugs, or other distractions. They surround themselves with others who share their interests, seeking validation through material wealth and social status. Such individuals may appear successful on the outside, but they fear honest self-reflection and avoid facing the quiet, sincere voice of their conscience. To avoid this, they bury themselves in constant activity, never allowing a moment of stillness in which their true selves might emerge.
