Jesus: I Speak to You Again
Chapter 90
The Double-dealing of Modern Pharisees
Modern Pharisees, much like those of my time, behave with the same duplicity, though now with even greater refinement. They strive to appear noble in the eyes of others, often more noble than the Pharisees of two thousand years ago. This makes their responsibility for their double-dealing even heavier. They speak eloquently about protecting human rights, establishing organizations, commissions, and services to ensure these rights are upheld, yet they flagrantly violate them when it serves their selfish interests. They even resort to violence, waging wars against unarmed or poorly armed nations, sacrificing the lives of others solely to meet their own ambitions, no matter the cost.
Is there anything more cynical and cruel than watching a war unfold on television—a war deliberately provoked and broadcast for the world to see? As people watch these images, they tremble in fear, yet few pause to consider that the children of God—children of the same Father who loves them—are being killed. Two thousand years ago, I came to demonstrate how to live by loving each other. But today, your politicians, Pharisees, and religious leaders do the opposite. They justify their actions with slogans about fighting terrorism, protecting human rights, and preserving democracy, but these are merely disguises for their selfish motives.
This is a war between the lowest vibrations of the human ego and the higher consciousness of one’s true self. Sadly, the low, animal nature of today’s Pharisees seems to be winning. Their actions mirror those of the Pharisees from my time, who led others to destruction with their hypocrisy and deceit.
Many of you remain silent, passively watching as your brothers and sisters are annihilated in unjust wars. By doing so, you stifle your soul’s growth and allow your aggressive, animal nature to take control. You become numb to love and truth, standing on the edge of destruction without realizing it. You have been mesmerized by the speeches and actions of your political leaders—modern Pharisees—along with the empty prayers of today’s religious leaders. These dead rituals and misleading practices lure you into annihilating your own souls.
Someone must rise among you to speak out, to remind you to return to your senses and turn inward to the Father. As long as you cling to dead rituals and outdated truths, you remain a danger to yourselves. You have not yet discovered the Father within, nor do you truly know me, even though my name crosses your lips. Without a living spiritual connection to me, you treat your fellow humans cruelly and unjustly, especially those who are also trapped in dead rituals and make misguided decisions. But their wrong choices do not give you the right to harm them. Instead, you must pray for them, love them, and offer them comfort.
Your political leaders—modern Pharisees—are not interested in such actions. They care only for their own gain, while you, too, must listen to the voice of your soul. Does it weep or rejoice when it witnesses the events happening in this world, as fragile as a poppy seed? Your world is delicate, and the law of love is easily broken. Yet the principle of cause-action-consequence is always in effect. Do not hurt yourselves by supporting actions that make your soul sorrowful.
Submit yourselves to the Father’s leading, no matter the consequences to your body. Do not gamble with the survival of your soul after your body passes away. No one can force you to act against the will of the Father’s love. Remember, the Father loves all, even those who are hated by your political Pharisees. While they try to impose their low, animal consciousness upon you, you must stand firm, rooted in the Father’s love. In doing so, you can lift their low vibrations into the higher frequencies of the Father’s love, allowing their souls the chance to open.
