Jesus: I Speak to You Again
Chapter 80
Pass Your Hard Burden Over to the Father or to Me
As you read my teachings, you will begin to sense their truth based on how open your soul is. The more your soul opens and desires the Father’s guidance, the more you will understand the wisdom of my words. But if your soul is trapped in selfish thoughts, my words may irritate you.
The reality is that most people are not born of the spirit. Among the six billion of you, very few have reached this state. So, it is only natural that my teachings will take time to reach your souls, which are kept captive by the dark corners of your mind. But know this: your souls will be freed. Even if you resist, love and goodness will overcome all barriers. Nothing can stand against the power of love.
When your soul is liberated by love, it will transform your life. You will no longer seek advantage for yourself or your nation but will consider the well-being of all.
How can anyone feel happy if they’ve lost everything—their livelihood, their home, while their family suffers? Such misfortunes, caused by unjust economic systems, are a reflection of the selfishness in society. Companies that chase profits at the expense of others create suffering, not just for their competitors but for everyone affected by their actions.
Your drive for personal gain blinds you to the harm you inflict on others and even on yourselves. It’s like living in darkness, afraid to face the light. You compete with one another over wealth, status, and luxury, all in a desperate attempt to escape your own fears. But this competition is a trap, and eventually, it will exhaust you and bring about bitter, even tragic, consequences.
I speak to all of you, regardless of age, wealth, or health. No matter your circumstances, you can improve your life by giving your burdens to the Father or to me. The Father is always ready to take your hardships upon Himself, and it brings Him joy to do so. We are one in spirit, and I do as the Father does. So, I urge you—whatever is weighing you down, pass it over to us. Do it now, sincerely, without delay.
When you give us your burdens, your heart will feel lighter, and you will see the world in a new way. You will learn to treat others fairly, paying them what you would expect for the same work. This simple act will be the first step toward building the kingdom of heaven in the realm of economics.
