Jesus: I Speak to You Again

Chapter 69

What the Father Taught Me That I Could Not Teach You

As the Father revealed His love to me more and more, my soul grew in its desire to experience His love. I began to trust this communion with the Father more than the formal prayers I saw in the synagogue or during family prayers. It became clear to me that the Father had created the universe with a purpose—not just to exist, but for all within it to feel love and bliss, just as I had begun to feel them. Gradually, I realized that I had to teach this truth to all people, regardless of their rank, possessions, or actions: the Father is one for all of us. He loves each one of you more deeply than the strongest earthly love of a mother or father for their child—even the combined love of all parents does not compare to the love the Father has for you.

This love demands nothing from the child who is loved—nothing at all. Instead, it lifts the soul to such a level that the child naturally ceases to do wrong. The child no longer acts out of anger or revenge, not because they have been taught to behave, but because they have felt this love. Parents who love their children with the same vibrations of the Father’s love act in harmony with their souls, reflecting the Father’s behavior toward them. The child, from the moment of conception, begins to feel these vibrations—the love shared between two parents who love each other, the Father, and all others. This love is felt even during their most intimate moments, with the Father invited into the process of creation. These love vibrations unite the parents, strangers at one time, into a family and co-creators of new life with the Father Himself.

I wanted to explain this truth to my brethren when I walked in the flesh two thousand years ago, but the world at that time was not ready to hear it. The traditions, beliefs, and understanding of family, religion, and God were too limited for me to share this marvelous light. They couldn’t even fully grasp the concept of the Father’s universal family. I had to adjust my teachings to the limitations of the time, expanding ideas as much as I could.

John the Baptist’s message also influenced my approach. For about a year before I began my ministry, John had been preaching about the coming of a new kingdom and calling for repentance. His message was deeply ingrained in the minds of the people. When he baptized me in the Jordan River, he had already begun telling others that I would baptize with the Spirit, not just water. John’s prophecy placed me within the framework of a “kingdom” rather than a “family.”

Although my heart longed to preach about the Father’s family, I did not want to confuse the people by diverging too much from John’s message. The Jews had long awaited a Messiah to restore King David’s throne and free them from oppression. To avoid alienating them, I used the concept of a spiritual kingdom, one that would reign in the hearts of people—a kingdom that mirrored the essence of the Father’s family, differing only in name.

Now, as I share these teachings with you through my apostle in these times, I tell you this: you are ready to hear the message of the Father’s family. The creation, like a family, is made up of different frequencies of energy. The concept of the kingdom that I once taught has expanded into a deeper understanding, one that your soul and mind are now prepared to receive. This teaching, which transcends anything you have heard before, is within your reach.

The readiness of your soul and mind is reflected in the opened soul and developed mind of my present apostle, who is able to receive and share these teachings. You too can do this. Two thousand years ago, this was not possible. The expansion of my gospel from the Fatherhood of God and the brotherhood of man to the brotherhood of all creation is evidence of the growth that has taken place since then. At that time, I could not speak of life on other planets or of my other brethren living across the universe. But now, from a young age, you hear about the possibility of life beyond your world, and you seek contact with other intelligent beings. These beings do exist, and in time, you will encounter them. But you must first open your hearts to the Father so that when you meet your cosmic brothers and sisters, you will greet them with hospitality, not with fear and aggression.

Your mind has achieved great material advancements, but it is time to supplement this progress with higher ideals and spiritual bonds—with the Father, with your brethren, and with all of creation. If you open your soul to the Father and establish a living communion with Him, your mind will undergo spiritual transformations beyond your current imagination. The things you now consider the height of achievement—spaceships, aircraft, computers, and other technologies—will one day seem like mere toys, just as the toys of your childhood seem to you now.
