Jesus: I Speak to You Again

Chapter 63

Life Is a Meaningful Game Rather than an Idle Entertainment

In modern times, the mind is easily distracted by countless temptations, making it much harder to focus and quiet down to truly become what it is meant to be—deeply reflective and profound rather than superficial.

Right now, many of you are digging a pit for your own destruction by turning life into a desperate pursuit of idle entertainment instead of seeing it as the meaningful game that all of creation plays under the Father’s guidance. You are part of this game too. All humanity is involved in this purposeful creation of the Father—to grow in character, love, and truth through daily deeds for the benefit of all.

Those of you who look deeper can clearly see how much the current trends in the world clash with this meaningful game I speak of. Instead of playing this game, you entertain yourselves. Even when you work hard at complex tasks, you do not offer your work as a service to the Father. As a result, you become tired and find it difficult to focus on things that truly matter—like generating ideas to create a better life and making those ideas a reality. Currently, you are simply a collection of individuals, separated from one another, lacking the unifying bond that could make you true brothers and sisters.

This alienation has turned your life into nothing more than a chase for entertainment. Each of you is at war with one another, and even with yourselves, driven by the endless desires and demands of your egos at any cost. This way of living only traps your soul in a web you do not clean, and often, you don’t even realize it’s there.

You seek your own gain at the expense of others, regardless of the cost to their health, their lives, or even your own life. You have made each other into the slaves of a new age, assessing one another solely by appearance, status, wealth, and influence. You justify your actions with sayings like “the first million is always unfair.” But how could a million be earned fairly when your society is governed by rules set by a few, where the whole suffers to feed the entertainment-driven lifestyle you lead?

You have created a world filled with legal but corrupt institutions—casinos, bars, and even places that degrade women—all of which serve the passions of the mind and keep people enslaved. You do not understand the harm you are doing to yourselves. This slavery of mind demands more and more slaves, or else it will collapse, and the fortunes that currently pour into the hands of a few will vanish.

As a result, those with money command others, dictating what to build, how to expand their power, and how to recruit more slaves into the cycle of entertainment. You teach your children economics from a young age, showing them how to fill their pockets with money, how to accumulate and increase wealth, all while stifling their souls, which are ready to blossom. You stuff their minds with unnecessary subjects like dead economic principles while neglecting to nurture their living souls.

Even the church plays along, speaking the right words for show but not truly believing them. This is why there are no spiritual leaders to help you find the right path in a world dominated by slavery to economics, politics, moral decay, societal alienation, violence, and the pursuit of material wealth.

Corruption thrives because everyone tacitly benefits from it, as long as it serves their interests. When it obstructs their personal goals, they cry out against it, but this only deepens the roots of corruption, as others believe the loudest voices are champions of purity and fairness. Your medical system contributes to this corruption, and though some of you see it, you choose to accept it.

Politics, too, is at a dead end because it fails to understand its true purpose—serving the whole community out of love for the Father, rather than serving individual parties or economic groups.

Your educational system no longer resembles the pure teaching that nurtures a child’s soul. Instead of guiding children toward goodness for all, it teaches them how to adapt to the detrimental conditions imposed by those who are active but lack wisdom.

You have imposed harmful rules on yourselves and follow them even as you resist them inwardly and break them when no one is watching. Even traffic laws, which you change and still violate, become meaningless when broken by so many. Laws lose their purpose when they are ignored, and yet you continue to produce laws that make life more difficult, driving people to find ways around them, degrading and demoralizing society.

Where agreements are constantly broken, the spirit cannot thrive, for the spirit is a gift of the Father’s love, and love does not tolerate deception. Your economy is built on foundations that lack God’s guidance, and it cannot endure because it violates the universal law of love, a law that governs all of creation. You are an inseparable part of this creation, and there are no exceptions—this law of love operates here on your world just as it does everywhere else.

Evidence of this law of love is provided by those among you who are devoted to the Father, who love Him and their fellow human beings. These sincere souls work honestly and fairly, even under the conditions of today’s slavery. They hold the Father and me in their hearts, and they respond to evil with goodness. They continue to grow in the Father’s love and truth. These are the true “salt of life,” the ones who give life its meaning. It is through them that you begin to taste the true flavor of life when you reflect on it.

It is for them, the few who are faithful and true, that I give these teachings, so they may grow stronger, walk more boldly along the path of the Father, and know that the Father hears them. Their actions are not in vain; they are not unnoticed or unappreciated. They are not helpless or deserted, for the Father sees them and cherishes them.
